During the interview process, associates review candidate work history and skill sets, and determine which field would be most desirable and suitable for the candidate. ESS associates strive to place candidates in mutually beneficial positions; positions that candidates will not only thrive in, but enjoy as well.

At least two references are checked and verified, for both temporary and permanent candidates. Once a candidate has been placed, associates contact the employer for feedback in order to ensure the success of the placement.
