Vision
VISION: To be the premiere staffing service in Ontario, providing the highest quality staff to all employers, and the highest quality placement opportunities to all our staff.

We are active community members and currently belong to the Chamber of Commerce in Barrie, Richmond Hill and Bradford. We have contributed to campaigns on behalf of the Grieving Children's Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes, Laurier Athletics, Nantyr Shores Secondary School and more.

We are an active member of the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS), and work with the Employment Resource Centres (ERC) of Alliston, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Bradford, Caledon, Georgina, and Barrie on a regular basis, where we conduct numerous job fairs as well as other special events. In addition, we encourage ESS Direct staff to pursue their CHRP designation through the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO). We also utilize Kenexa Prove It! for our testing and profiling needs.
